1 to 1 personal training - This can be done at Portslade sports centre, King Alfred Swimming complex, any Brighton & Hove park or your home. 


Partner training - Partner training is a fun way for friends or couples to train together and is cheaper per session!


Specialist/Rehabilitation training -  If you have any of the following conditions then I'm qualified to prescribe specialised plans to improve your condition. 


  • Hypertension (High blood pressure)

  • Hypercholesterolemia (High cholesterol) 

  • COPD (Constructive obstructive pulmonary disease)

  • Asthma

  • Obesity

  • Diabetes

  • Osteoarthritis

  • Osteoporosis



Spin class

30-minute spin class at Portslade Sports Centre, Spin is HITT training done on spin bikes in a studio. There are many benefits of spin including:

Ignite Circuit class

30-minute circuit class at Portslade Sports Centre, Circuit training is a form of body conditioning which involves using your muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular systems. It involves completing multiple different exercise stations in succession of each other. Some benefits include:


  • Get maximum results in minimum time

  • Challenge your whole body

  • Benefit from both cardiovascular and muscular training.

  • Send your metabolism soaring.​
